At TriLaunchpad, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns simple.

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Simply contact us to initiate your return and we'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

• Returned items must be in unused, unwashed condition with original tags/packaging.
• Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your card issuer.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 30 days of receipt with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item's condition
• A brief description of the issue

We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping costs — at your preference once we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs

• Standard returns (change of mind): You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Defective/damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs.

Exceptions

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Personalized items with custom names, messages, or modifications
• Items marked as final sale or clearance at time of purchase

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
