Participants under 18 must provide a signed USAT waiver, endorsed by a parent or legal guardian, to Pass It Along at 75 Route 15, Unit 62, Lafayette, NJ 07848. Team Spirit:

Not ready to tackle the triathlon solo? No problem! Register as part of a relay team and share the adventure with friends or family. The cost for individual entries is $105, while relay team members can join for $145. Plus, members of the Lake Mohawk Country Club enjoy special registration discounts.
